FUDPUCKER'S IN DESTIN

If you haven’t dined at Fudpucker’s in Destin yet, you’re in for a treat. Featuring the same great menu of “Oral Delights” as the Fudpucker’s in Ft. Walton Beach, you won’t leave the place feeling hungry. Both Fudpucker’s share a reputation for large portions of delicious food served with a smile.

Locally owned and operated since 1982, Fudpucker’s isn’t like those national chains where the food is the same thing you get back home. Fudpucker’s original recipes have been developed over the past twenty years with feedback from our regular customers. The result is that you’ll enjoy a uniquely flavorful dining experience (as well as a full plate) whenever you come to Fudpucker’s.

Fudpucker’s menu of Oral Delights features a delicious selection of both chargrilled and fried seafood entrees, a variety of mouth-watering chicken and steak dinners as well as an assortment of delectable pasta plates and specialty salads. Famous for the half-pound Fud Burger, Fudpucker’s selection of sandwiches, known as “Fuds & Puckers” is near legendary. And, even with warnings about how much food that is served for the main course, there is a full page of absolutely scrumptious appetizers for a raging appetite. If you can imagine still being hungry after eating all that, Fudpucker’s features a dessert menu that includes, amongst other things, their own, one-of-a-kind key lime pie (trust us when we tell you that you’ve never had a key lime pie that tastes this good).

With eight different dining rooms and over 400 seats, Fudpucker’s in Destin can accommodate small and large parties alike. Of course, be prepared to wait if you come at dinnertime during the Spring and Summer months. However, unlike other places you can go to eat, there is plenty to do at Fudpucker’s while you wait to be seated. Every evening during the Spring and Summer months you can enjoy a cold drink outside on the deck of “Club Key West” while listening to local musicians playing acoustic guitar and singing Buffet tunes and other beach music. For the shopping enthusiast, there is the “Fudpucker Trading Company”, a uniquely fudpuckish experience that can be fun even if you don’t buy anything (see SHOPPING).

For families who visit Fudpucker’s in Destin, there are a bunch of things for the kids to do. For the little “Puckers”, there’s a giant (safety-engineered) playground right next to the deck. There are also two different Game Rooms off of the deck with air-hockey and state-of-the-art video games. Of course, even with all that, most kids will want to go down to Fudpucker’s Gator Beach to see the live alligators that live in the pond underneath the building. In addition to seeing alligators up close, kids can even feed them with specially prepared gator food provided by Fudpucker’s.

Fudpucker’s has been serving families since 1983. We can proudly say that many children of our customers in the early years have grown up and now bring their kids to Fudpucker’s. In addition to all of the fun things to do before dinner, Fudpucker’s has a special “Little Puckers” menu designed specially for children under twelve. Of course, in addition to some great food, the menu has games and puzzles to entertain them while their food is being prepared. And when the meal is served, there’s a little FREE plastic toy to take home as a souvenir. With all that, it’s no wonder that Fudpucker’s is the most popular eatery on the Gulf coast for families!

Serving up lunch, dinner and snacks since 1989, Fudpucker’s in Destin accepts all major credit cards. Since we don’t take reservations, beat the wait by coming for lunch or an early dinner (before 5:00 p.m.).
