The Fudburger – In the Kitchen with Father Fud

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Father Fud, we take you behind the scenes at Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill and show you how we make our best-selling hamburger, the Fudburger. The Fudburger has been our top-selling menu item since we first opened our original restaurant in 1982, and Fudpucker’s now sells over eighty-six thousand burgers each year. That’s a lot of burgers!

Fudpucker’s uses 100% US Choice beef patties basted with Worcestershire, soy sauce, and honey. Chargrilling a burger is the only way to go at Fudpucker’s. We baste both sides of the Fudburger and then add a spread that is made with garlic and onion. This combination of flavors is what sets the Fudburger apart from other burgers in other restaurants. Our burgers are served on fresh ciabatta bread that is spread on both sides with our ‘sensual sauce’, made with mayonnaise, honey, and creole mustard. Finally, we garnish our burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and dill pickle. Order the Fudburger as-is or with Bacon and Cheddar, Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese, or try our Black and Blue Burger with blue cheese and bacon. You’re gonna love it!
